From the second my mother and I walked in a staff member had the most disgusting look on her face. Another woman asked what we wanted and I said we had an appointment for 2 gel pedicures. The lady with the rude face said pick color. While looking through the colors she stood over our shoulders and rushed us. When asked if she could do an ombré of 2 gel colors she quickly said no. I know it’s possible to do an ombré of different colors, she was just rude. When we picked our colors she said go in and sit, while again- rushing us. When we sat in the chairs I decided on a different color, not only did I have the entire salon looking at us because I was trying to explain I wanted a different color, I know the two people dealing with us were sick of us. When that situation finally got sorted out, my toes and my mothers were supposed to be glittery big toe and the rest a pearl color. My moms were completely glitter and I got no glitter- just pearl. When I got home the same day ones of my toes completely chipped off. Highly recommend GOING ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the $80-$100.
